1. Who we are
This website, the 90-Minute Method course and its checkout are provided by VM Digital Consulting LLC, 30 N Gould Street, Ste R, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States ("we", "us", "our"). We are the controller of the personal information described here. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Contact: support@cryptichustle.com.
2. What we collect
Information you give us: your name, email address and the billing details you enter at checkout (such as your address or phone number, if requested), your order details, and the messages you send us.
Information collected automatically when you visit this website: your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, links and buttons clicked, scrolling and mouse movement, the website that sent you (including the ad you clicked), and approximate location based on your IP address. This is collected by the tools listed in section 5.
Information from other companies: payment confirmations from our payment processors (we never see or store your full card number), and the profile information you share if you join our community on Discord.
3. How we use it
- To process your order and give you access to what you bought.
- To send transactional emails such as receipts, access details and support replies.
- To answer support requests and handle refunds.
- To send you emails about our education and offers, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
- To measure and improve our advertising, including on Facebook and Instagram, and to show ads to people who visited this website.
- To understand how the website is used and improve it.
- To keep the Service secure and prevent fraud and abuse.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
4. Legal bases (UK, EU and similar laws)
We rely on: performing our contract with you (delivering your purchase and support); our legitimate interests (running, securing and improving the Service and our marketing, balanced against your rights); your consent where the law requires it (for example for some cookies and marketing emails); and our legal obligations.
5. Cookies, pixels and analytics on this website
This website uses the following third-party tools, which may set cookies or similar identifiers on your device:
- Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms): records visits and actions such as page views and clicks on the buy button, so we can measure our ads and show ads to people who visited. Meta receives this data and uses it under its own policies. Manage your ad settings at facebook.com/adpreferences.
- Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft): records how visitors use the page (clicks, scrolling, mouse movement and session replays) so we can improve it. Clarity is set to mask text you type. See Microsoft's privacy statement at privacy.microsoft.com.
- Cloudflare: hosts this website and processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect it.
- Video hosts: videos on this page stream from third-party video services, which receive your IP address and device data when a video loads or plays.
The checkout on 90mtrader.com is run by our checkout and CRM provider and our payment processors, which may set their own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work without them.
6. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with companies that help us run the Service, under contract and for the purposes above: our checkout and CRM provider, payment processors (such as Stripe and PayPal), our email provider, website hosting (Cloudflare), analytics (Microsoft Clarity), advertising (Meta), video hosting, and Discord for the community. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a sale or merger of our business.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Some US state laws treat the use of advertising pixels, such as the Meta Pixel, as "sharing" personal information for targeted advertising. You can opt out of this by emailing us (section 9).
7. How long we keep it
We keep personal information for as long as we need it to provide the Service and your access, handle refunds and disputes, and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. After that we delete or anonymise it.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict some processing, to data portability, to withdraw consent at any time, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the "sharing" of your information. To use any of these rights, email support@cryptichustle.com. We will not treat you differently for using them. If you are in the UK or EU, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails with the link in any of them. We will still send emails about your purchases.
10. International transfers
We are based in the United States and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where the law requires it, these transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.
11. Children
The Service is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
