The 90-Minute Method

Risk Disclosure

Last updated: 29 September 2026

1. Substantial risk of loss

Trading futures and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose some or all of the money you trade with, and with leveraged products such as futures you can lose more than you deposit. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.

2. Education only, no advice

Everything we publish, in the course, on this website, in emails and in the community, is general educational information. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, not an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any instrument, and it does not take your personal objectives, finances or needs into account. We are not a broker, investment adviser, commodity trading advisor or asset manager. Consider speaking to a licensed professional before making financial decisions.

3. Examples and hypothetical performance

Examples in our materials, including example numbers, charts and back-tested or simulated trades, are for education only.

Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Also, since the trades have not been executed, the results may have under- or over-compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profit or losses similar to those shown.

4. Past performance, the educator and testimonials

Past performance of any market, method, educator or student does not guarantee future results. Joey Xoto's own trading results are his and are not typical. Testimonials and member messages describe individual experiences, are not representative of all students, and are not a promise of any result. Some members received an incentive, such as a free resource or entry into a prize draw, in return for sharing an honest review.

5. Prop firms

Our materials explain how prop firm evaluations work. We are not a prop firm and are not affiliated with any. Prop firms set their own rules, fees and payout terms, many traders do not pass evaluations, and fees paid to prop firms are usually not refundable. Read each firm's terms before you buy an evaluation.

6. No promised outcomes

We do not promise profits, income, win rates, funded accounts, payouts or any other financial outcome. Buying a course does not make trading profitable, and no educational framework removes risk.

7. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and their results. We do not execute trades, manage accounts or hold customer funds.
