1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website, the checkout on 90mtrader.com, the member platform, and any course, bonus, add-on or community access you buy from us (together, the "Service"). The Service is provided by VM Digital Consulting LLC ("we", "us", "our"), a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States. By using the Service or completing a purchase you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy and our Risk Disclosure, which form part of these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What we provide

We sell self-paced digital education: the 90-Minute Method course, its included bonuses, optional add-ons offered at checkout, and access to a private student community. We provide education only. We are not a broker, investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, asset manager, prop firm, signals service or copy-trading platform. We do not execute trades, hold or handle customer funds, manage accounts, or give personalised investment recommendations.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to buy or use the Service.

4. Access and your account

After a successful purchase, access instructions are sent to the email address you used at checkout. Access is licensed to you personally. You may not share, resell, transfer or use it to give access to anyone else. Keep your login details confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at support@cryptichustle.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on this website and at checkout, in US dollars unless stated otherwise. The 90-Minute Method is a one-time payment, not a subscription, with no recurring charges. Optional add-ons shown at checkout are only charged if you choose them, and each is a one-time payment unless the offer clearly says otherwise. Payments are handled by third-party payment processors; we never see or store your full card details. The charge may appear on your statement under our company name or the processor's name. You are responsible for any taxes that apply.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property and licence

All course content, frameworks, names, videos, documents, tools and other materials in the Service belong to VM Digital Consulting LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. With your purchase you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the materials for your own study. You may not copy, record, reproduce, redistribute, publish, sell or create derivative works from them without our written consent.

8. Community and acceptable use

The student community is hosted on Discord and is subject to Discord's own terms and to the conduct rules posted in the community. You agree not to misuse the Service, including by scraping or bulk-downloading content, sharing access, harassing other members, promoting paid services or signals, misrepresenting who you are, or using the Service for anything unlawful. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches of these Terms and, where the law allows, without a refund.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties, including our checkout and CRM provider, payment processors, video hosts, Discord, and the charting, broker and prop firm platforms you may choose to use. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them. We are not responsible for their availability, content, rules, fees or practices, and we do not endorse or guarantee any broker, prop firm or funding program.

10. Education only, no advice

Everything in the Service, including course materials, examples, tools, community discussions and this website, is general educational information. None of it is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Please read our Risk Disclosure.

11. Testimonials

Testimonials and messages from members describe their own experience. They are not typical and are not a promise of any result. Some members received an incentive, such as a free resource or entry into a prize draw, in return for sharing an honest review. We do not pay for positive reviews or tell members what to say.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any educational or trading outcome will be achieved.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any trading losses, prop firm fees or lost profits, arising from or related to the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product the claim relates to in the twelve months before the event. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VM Digital Consulting LLC and its members, officers, employees and contractors from claims, damages and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts in Sheridan County, Wyoming, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about these Terms or the Service, except where the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live. Before starting any formal dispute, please contact us at support@cryptichustle.com so we can try to resolve it.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page with its date. Updates apply from the date they are posted and do not change the terms of a purchase already made.

17. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent. These Terms, with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Risk Disclosure, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.
